Instructional Activities

1. Distribute an article on Pakistan and the war against Al Qaeda, with related, teacher-prepared questions. Have the students read and make notes on the article. 2. Hold a class discussion on South Asia and the war on terrorism, with students responding to prompts by using the notes they have made.
   
   
3. Hand out review sheet for the unit, and conduct a review of the material to be covered on the unit test. Give further study cues for test.
