Foreign Language and International Education
Through foreign language studies, students learn not only language, but also about:
- Culture
- History
- Geography
- Political systems

Language gives us a glimpse into what the users of that language value now or have valued in the past:
- Musical terms from Italian
- Culinary terms from French
- Medical and legal terminology from Latin.
